If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@naturescomfortstore.com. We’ll be happy to review the issue and make it right.


We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.
